TriLuna Origin Group was founded from a shared conviction that aging should never require leaving behind the life you love.
With decades of combined experience in healthcare and senior living, our founders have walked alongside seniors and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. We have seen firsthand where traditional models fall short—especially in Colorado’s mountain and Western Slope communities, where quality senior living options are limited and relocation often feels like the only choice.
We believe seniors deserve more.
TriLuna was created to offer a private, boutique alternative—one that allows individuals to age with dignity, familiarity, and every modern convenience they value, without sacrificing personalized care or peace of mind. Our vision is rooted in helping seniors remain close to their homes, their communities, and the landscapes that have shaped their lives.
This work is deeply personal to us. It is driven by respect for those who came before us and a commitment to creating environments where seniors feel known, supported, and truly at home.

Our Vision
Our model will expand strategically throughout Colorado and other high income regional markets, creating a boutique portfolio of small, licensed residences under unified management and branding.
Each home operates independently, but all share TriLuna Origin Group’s central management systems, staffing standards, and brand identity, creating consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

KIRSTYN WILSON
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Kirstyn is an accomplished senior living executive with over 15 years of experience in assisted living and memory care operations across Northern Colorado. She has successfully managed large scale communities, developed leadership teams, and driven occupancy and compliance improvement in both start-up and turn-around environments. Her strength lies in operational excellence, staff development, and strategic culture building by creating communities where residents thrive and teams perform at their best.
AMY STARNES
Co-Founder & Senior Marketing Director
With a proven ability to build, stabilize, and sustain successful senior living communities, Amy leads the brand experience by fostering meaningful connections with families. She has built deep referral relationships across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and professional networks throughout Northern Colorado — ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and long term success.
LARISSA BROTHERS
Co-Founder & Clinical Director (NP)
Larissa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in geriatrics, dementia care, and healthcare program design. Her career spans hospitals, clinics, and senior housing settings, where she’s lead teams focused on clinical integrity and compassionate outcomes. She ensures every resident receives personalized, proactive, medically sound care, providing oversight, training, and quality review for all homes.
